Lewis Robinson founded our firm in September 1991. His practice focuses on business and estate consulting, as well as tax planning in life changing situations. Patty B. Whaley brings extensive experience in accounting technology, including installation and training of computer software. Gregory W. Hammonds focuses on income taxation with a particular emphasis in the areas of estates and trusts. In addition, he advises clients on business and income tax planning opportunities. Alvin N. Allison specializes in consulting and tax planning for small businesses and individual clients. He also oversees the firm's audit, review and compilation engagements.  Lorraine F. Kelley consults with small businesses on the implementation of accounting software and incorporates tax planning for the business and individual client. Toni M. Schwahn specializes in tax and accounting issues for small businesses and individuals.  She is extremely proficient at representing clients with the IRS and other taxing authorities.
