Lorraine F. Kelley was born and raised in Georgia and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University in 1989. Lorraine began her career in the private sector before joining our firm in 1999. She received her CPA certification in 2001 and was named partner in January 2005.

An experienced tax advisor for corporations, LLCs, partnerships, individuals and trusts, she keeps clients up to date on the most current tax laws and how it impacts their business and personal tax liabilities. Lorraine also helps new and established businesses select the correct accounting software and implement an accounting process.

She is an active board member of several local non profit organizations in Henry County.

Lorraine and her husband live in Rockdale County and have three sons.
